When you request a demo or support
The forms ask for:
your name and work email
optionally, your company, role and phone number
your message (for a demo, your availability)
We also record the page you sent it from and the time. We use this only to
reply to you and arrange the demo or support you asked for. It is stored in
Google Firebase and emailed to our team. We don't sell it or share it for
marketing.
We keep demo and support requests for 24 months, then delete them.
You can ask us to delete yours sooner at any time.
Spam protection
To stop automated spam, the forms use Google reCAPTCHA v3 through Firebase App
Check. It checks that a submission comes from a real visitor, and Google
processes information about your browser and device to do so, under
Google's Privacy Policy.
Analytics — only if you accept
With your permission, we use Google Analytics to see which pages are visited
and which buttons are clicked, so we can improve the site. It is
off unless you accept in the banner, and it never receives
what you type into the forms. You can change your choice at any time with
,
also at the bottom of every page.
Stored in your browser
The site remembers a few things in your own browser: your light/dark theme,
your currency on the Pricing page, recently fetched prices and exchange rates,
your analytics choice, and whether you've already seen the home page's opening
animation. These stay on your device and are not sent to us.
Where your information is stored
Form submissions are stored on Google's cloud (Firebase), which may be located
outside Canada, including in the United States.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, and
withdraw consent to analytics at any time. Contact our Privacy Officer at
Admin@wcwautomation.ca. If you're not satisfied with our answer, you can contact the
Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
The Logic Weaver app

1. Data Encryption
Logic Weaver implements multiple layers of encryption to protect your data:
Encryption in Transit (TLS/HTTPS) — All data transmitted between your browser and our servers is encrypted using TLS (Transport Layer Security). This is automatic and requires no configuration.
Encryption at Rest (AES-256) — All data stored in our database (Firebase Firestore) is automatically encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption. Google manages these encryption keys securely.
2. Cloud Storage (Firebase)
Your projects, routines, and L5X files are stored in Google Firebase, which provides:
Automatic encryption at rest (AES-256)
Automatic encryption in transit (TLS)
Secure authentication via Google Sign-In
Role-based access controls ensuring you can only access your own data
Regular security audits and compliance certifications (SOC 2, ISO 27001)
3. AI Processing (Google Gemini API)
When you use Logic Weaver’s AI features, your L5X code is sent to Google’s Gemini API for processing. Here’s what you need to know:
✓ We use the Paid Gemini API Tier. This means your data receives enhanced privacy protections compared to free API usage.
Concern
Status
Used for AI model training?
No — Your code is not used to train Google’s models
Viewed by humans at Google?
No — Not subject to human review
Encrypted during transmission?
Yes — All API calls use HTTPS/TLS
Temporary data retention?
Up to 55 days for abuse monitoring only, then deleted
Note: While data is encrypted in transit, it must be decrypted on Google’s servers for the AI model to process it. This is inherent to any cloud AI service.
4. Developer Access
As the application developer, we have administrative access to the Firebase database. This means:
We can technically view stored data for support and debugging purposes
We do not routinely access user data without a specific need
All administrative access is logged and auditable
We will never share your data with third parties for marketing or any purpose unrelated to operating the service
For users requiring complete zero-knowledge encryption (where even we cannot read your data), please contact us to discuss client-side encryption options.
5. Data Retention
Your stored projects and routines: Retained until you delete them
AI processing logs: Not stored by Logic Weaver; subject to Google’s 55-day abuse monitoring retention
Usage metrics: Retained for billing and analytics purposes
Account data: Retained until you delete your account
Two-step sign-in: Every account signs in with a second step: a code texted to your mobile (required), and optionally a code from an authenticator app on your phone. Your authenticator app’s secret stays with our sign-in provider (Firebase Authentication by Google) and on your phone; if you choose text messages, your mobile number is kept by that provider to send your codes. We use it only for signing in (and, if you request a free trial, to make sure each phone gets one trial).
Account emails: We email you about your account — confirming your email address, that we received your free trial request, when your trial is ready and when it starts, a check-in during the trial, a note if the trial’s AI credits run out, a reminder before it ends, and a note when it has ended; and, if you choose a paid plan, a note that we received your request, another when your plan is active, and one if your plan ends. These are sent through our email delivery provider from our own address, with no tracking of opens or clicks. We don’t send marketing email.
Free-trial checks: To keep the free trial to one per person, each trial needs a mobile number on your account (the one you get sign-in codes at), and when your trial is granted we keep a scrambled form of that number (never the number itself) so it can’t start a second trial. When you request a trial we also record whether your email is a company or personal address, a scrambled form of your network address (we never store the address itself), and a note in your browser that it was used to request a trial. These are used only to spot repeat trial requests, are kept with the trial request, and are never shared.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to:
Access your data at any time through the application
Export your data using the export functionality
Delete your data at any time
Request a complete copy of all data we hold about you
Request deletion of your account and all associated data
Summary
Your L5X code and project data are protected by industry-standard encryption both in transit and at rest. When using AI features, your code is sent to Google’s Gemini API over encrypted connections. Because we use the paid API tier, your data is not used for AI training and is not viewed by humans at Google. The primary security consideration is that cloud AI processing requires your code to be decrypted on Google’s servers — this is inherent to any cloud-based AI service.

May we use Google Analytics to see which pages help people? It stays off unless you
accept. Privacy
